Before selling, limes must be stored in a cool, dry place at 9 to 10°C and at a relative humidity (RH) of 85 to 90%.
We recommend that consumers store limes in the refrigerator or at room temperature. A lime’s flavour is best at room temperature. But limes will keep longer when refrigerated.
