In the store

Pomegranates must be stored at 2 to 4°C before selling, and at a relative humidity (RH) of 90 to 95%.

At home

We recommend that consumers store pomegranates in the refrigerator or at room temperature in the fruit bowl. Pomegranates can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately a week. They will continue to ripen if kept at room temperature.

Usage tips Pomegranate

Pomegranates can be eaten raw and can be juiced. Also delicious in a fruit salad, a creamy dessert or as a topping on ice cream.
